Cancellation & Refund Policy – Lotus Marathon
By registering for the Lotus Marathon, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Cancellations or Refunds
   All registrations are final. Once payment is made, no cancellations, refunds, or partial refunds will be entertained under any circumstances — including but not limited to personal injury, illness, travel issues, event date change, or any other reason.
2. No Transfers or Substitutions
   Registration is non-transferable. Requests for transferring a bib or participation to another individual or category will not be accepted.
3. Event Alterations
   The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or alter any part of the event (including the route, start time, or format) for safety, regulatory, or logistical reasons.
   Such changes will not entitle participants to refunds or deferrals.
4. Force Majeure Clause
   In case of circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or public safety concerns), the event may be postponed or canceled. In such a case, no refunds will be issued, though the organizers may, at their discretion, offer alternate participation options.
5. Acknowledgment
   By completing the registration and payment process, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Cancellation, No Refund, No Transfer policy.
