Rules & Regulations:
- All participants must wear their official running bib on the front of their T-shirt; running without a bib is strictly prohibited.

- Participants must follow the official route and adhere to instructions given by event marshals, police, and volunteers.
- Outside support vehicles, bicycles, or unauthorized pacers are not allowed on the course.
- Medical personnel have the right to stop any participant deemed unfit to continue.
- Timing chips (for 10K participants) must not be tampered with or exchanged.
- Littering on the route is discouraged; use designated waste bins at hydration points.
- Any form of misconduct, misbehavior, or violation of rules may lead to disqualification.
General Event Rules
- A baggage counter will be available at the start/finish venue (open ground opposite Butterfly High Restaurant, near Windermere Building).
- Participants will receive a baggage tag at the counter.
- The Organizers will take due care, but are not responsible for valuables. Participants are advised not to leave cash, electronics, or important items at the baggage counter.
Baggage Counter Information
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including injury, illness, or travel issues.
- No requests for changes in race category will be entertained once registration is confirmed.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation of the race by organizers (e.g., due to force majeure, government orders, or safety reasons), details of deferment or alternative options (if any) will be communicated directly to registered participants.
